Fossil Energy Management Team : Click for Bio Paul Grady - Chief Executive Officer Montgomery George - President & Chief Operating Officer A geologist by training, Mr. George has over 22 years of experience in various businesses. His roles have included positions as an exploration geologist for a small independent mining firm from Nevada where he helped identify and redevelop a high-grade gold mine in the La Plata Mountains of Colorado, and as an underground structural mapping geologist for the Sunnyside Gold Corporation in Silverton Colorado. Mr. George was a founding partner of a startup micro-brewery in Colorado, where he directed and performed a wide variety of activities. He was also involved with the design and construction of a 30,000 square foot facility. Additionally, he developed and implemented business operations procedures and policies, brand marketing strategies and even established distribution channels, which achieved an 85% market penetration in Colorado within the first year of operation. Most recently, Mr. George has been working as a consultant in the environmental industry, where he has gained experience in dealing with all levels of permitting, regulatory compliance and reporting with state environmental agencies and the regulatory compliance and reporting with state environmental agencies and the regulations of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, the BLM, and the USFS.
