Fossil Energy Management Team : Click for Bio Paul Grady - Chief Executive Officer Montgomery George - President & Chief Operating Officer William (Bill) Sturdevant - Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Sturdevant has over 37 years experience in corporate and market strategic planning, business development, and sales, marketing and operations management. His roles include 16 years as Vice-President of operations, strategic market planning, business development and marketing/sales with Milburn Research, Inc. and Polydyne International, Inc. Bill joined both companies as start-ups and through the creation and implementation of numerous marketing strategies/plans, the companies grew to $139MM and $184MM in annual sales respectfully. Bill also spent 16 years with two Fortune 500 companies, where he had director level P&L responsibilities for their respective technical products aftermarket divisions with gross revenues over $500MM each. He managed each divisions sales to a minimum of 10% annual growth. He was responsible for strategic corporate planning/development, market and business development, marketing/advertising/PR, and sales with 300 corporate sales personnel and independent rep organizations, market research, product and technology development, corporate and manufacturing operations, international channel management and brand management. Bill has also been responsible for strategic policy and process development, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate sales and operations budget development and management and personnel resource planning management. He obtained his BSBA in Marketing from Colorado State University and did his MBA postgraduate work in Marketing from the University of Colorado. Michael A.
